Six rooms with the same view of the same water
Each one is a whole apartment — a kitchen, a table, a balcony — rather than a room with a bed in it. Five of the six look out at the water. The two largest have a full kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is what makes them the ones to take for a fortnight.

The apartments share one fit-out; photographs show the finish you will find in all of them.
The sea is a hundred and fifty metres away. Everything else is optional.
The House
A kitchen changes the whole holiday
Breakfast on your own schedule. Dinner at a table that seats four, with the balcony door open and nobody waiting on a lobby key.
Every apartment has a stovetop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and proper kitchenware. Air conditioning and heating throughout, fast wireless, a flat-screen with streaming, a bath and a shower, and fresh linen and towels waiting.
The 105 and 111 m² apartments have a full kitchen — oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The four smaller ones have a kitchenette and a minibar instead. Only the 85 m² looks over the town rather than the water; the walk to the sand is the same from every door.

Questions
How far is the beach?
Mamaia Beach is about 150 metres away — a two-minute walk to the public beach.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in runs from 16:00 to 22:00 — please tell us your arrival time in advance. Check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00. Express and contactless check-in/check-out are available.
Is parking available?
Yes — a private on-site garage, gated and monitored by CCTV, at 75 RON per day. Spaces must be reserved ahead, so let us know you're coming by car when you book.
Do all apartments have a sea view?
Five of the six do. Only the 85 m² Apartment with City View looks over the town — every other layout, including the studio, faces the water. Each option on Booking.com states its view, size and sleeping arrangement.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply — please mention your pet when booking so we can confirm.
Can we bring the kids?
Of course — children of any age are welcome, and the family layouts sleep up to five. A cot for children up to three is free on request; extra beds are not available. Guests aged 18 and over are counted as adults.
How do I pay?
You reserve securely online through Booking.com. At the property itself we take Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or cash — for parking, pet charges and anything else settled on the day.
